In 2022, Kelly shifted roles to the Finance and Operations Manager, overseeing all financial and operational aspects of TRG. Highly organized and detail-oriented, Kelly ensures seamless systems and efficient processes that support both staff and families clinically and financially. In collaboration with the Clinical Directors of TRG, Kelly aims to enhance and advance TRG’s ability to deliver vital and important clinical services to the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.  She attended Hunter College, CUNY in New York, New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations summa cum laude from Trinity Washington University in Washington, D.C.</image:title>

Prior to joining the Reservoir Group this year, Dr. Coiro was on the faculty at Loyola University Maryland for 16 years, where she was the director of the doctoral program in clinical psychology and taught graduate and undergraduate classes. She also maintained a private practice in Baltimore focusing on psychoeducational evaluations of children and adolescents. Dr. Coiro’s clinical interests focus on the assessment and diagnosis of learning disorders and ADHD, treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, and teaching children and adolescents effective coping and emotion regulation strategies. She also enjoys working with parents to help them learn effective ways to communicate with and teach their children. She is looking forward to working with students and parents at the Lab School.</image:title>

Dr. Speight received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, a Master of Social Work degree, and a Ph.D. in School Psychology with an Urban Psychology Emphasis. Her key areas of interest and expertise are trauma; social and emotional learning; learning differences and behavioral challenges; diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging; community building; restorative practices; and self-care. Dr. Speight joined The Lab School of Washington in the summer of 2022. She is responsible for co-leading and supporting the psychology and wellness efforts within the Lab School community, and will effectively collaborate with school wide educational entities to promote holistic well-being, and social-emotional growth and development.</image:title>

      <image:title>Weist - Dr. Madison McKee Weist, Ph.D | Clinical Psychologist Dr. Madison McKee Weist is joining The Reservoir Group as a Clinical Psychologist.   Madison recently completed her Ph.D. in school psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Her dissertation topic was “Training Peer Mentors:   Including Critical Dialogues in Peer-Mediated Check-In/Check-Out to Promote School Belonging.”  Madison also has her M.S. in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a B.A. in Studio Arts from Williams College.  She received a certificate in secondary special education from the University of Pennsylvania.  Madison has completed postdoctoral fellowships at the Wisconsin Psychiatric Institute and Clinic and the Madison Metropolitan School District.  She also completed a field practicum at Schenk Elementary School in Madison, WI and worked for two years as a special education teacher at KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy in Philadelphia, PA. She is also an artist and paints using a technique called encaustic, which uses hot wax as the medium and originated in ancient Greece.</image:title>

Prior to joining our team at Lab, Emili served as an intern with the American Occupational Therapy Association in their Mental Health Special Interest Section, and with Washington University Family Caregiving as a research assistant.  Emily has a B.S. in Behavior and Health from Boston University Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, where she graduated magna cum laude, and a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine.</image:title>

Jacob has been working at Lab for the last semester as a speech-language intern, while completing his M.A. in Speech Language Pathology at George Washington University here in DC.  Jacob has his B.S. in child development with a minor in Jewish Studies from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.  He is a big fan of the Vanderbuilt Commodores and the New Orleans Pelicans even though both teams actively enjoy disappointing him. During his undergraduate and graduate programs, in addition to his internship at Lab, Jacob worked with a variety of students and clients at the George Washington Speech and Hearing Center, the Vanderbilt Infant Learning Lab, the Vanderbilt Developmental Stuttering Lab, and the Vanderbilt Child and Family Care Center (where he served as an assistant teacher).</image:title>
